Sing a song <Wheres the bird?>

 

 

Step 1 Free talk

T: From this song, we know Wheres the bird?(出示:Wheres the?)

S: Its in the tree. (出示:Its.)

T: Where are her friends

STheyre in the tree. (出示:Where are? Theyre…并教学theyre=they are及此句型)

T: Look, the birds fly away. Where are the birds? Haha, they are in Su Yang and Su Hais new home. 播放 “ Welcome to our new home. So today we will learn Unit5 Our new home 教学home并揭题

Step 2 Story time

1.Learn: living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen

1)TWhat rooms do they have in their new home? Lets have a look! Can you name them?

(S说出,T相应教学: living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen)

  1. Learn the story

1)  Watch and choose

T: There are so many nice rooms. What are Su Hai and Su Yang doing in their new home? Please watch the video and choose the best answer.

2) Listen and say

T: Yes. Its their first day in the new home. They cant find their things. So they are looking for their things. What are they looking for? Lets listen to their dialogue again!

S: They are looking for ...( a bag, skirts)

3)Watch and answer

T: Where are the things? If you are Su Hai or Su Yang, what will you ask? Can you try to ask questions?

S:( 尝试提问)  Wheres my bag? Where are my skirts?

T: Their mother can help them. Lets watch a video.

Wheres the bag?    Its in the bedroom.

Where are the skirts?  Theyre in the living room, on the sofa.(教学sofa)

4) Look and imagine.

Su Yang likes her white cap, too. Now, she is looking for it. Can you guess what they are saying?

Su Yang :Wheres my white cap?

Su Hai: Is it in ? Is it on ? Is it under ?)

5)Read and answer

T: Wheres the cap?

S: In the kitchen.

6)Look and find

T: Who took the white cap?

S: Dog.

T: The cap is in the dogs mouth.I think its a naughty dog. If Su Yang wants to get back the white cap, what will she say?

7) Chant

T: Now we know where the things are. Lets chant:

Bag, bag, wheres my bag?

Its, its, Its in the bedroom.

Cap, cap, wheres my cap?

Its, its, Its in the kitchen.

Skirts, skirts, where are my skirts?

Theyre, theyre, Theyre in the living room, on the sofa.

T: Can you find any rules?
